Re-elected for four years as President of IAAF, Lamine Diack plans to make athletics the most widely practiced sport at school for his final term in office. He also plans to see through the global plan to enable better empowerment of federations, whose means and responsibilities will be enhanced. President Diack takes stock of these and other issues such as his succession at the helm of IAAF, doping and the possibility for Africa to host the World Championships before the end of his final term in office.
